Stefano Giovannoni designed this tablet for Alessi. It runs on Android and looks to be meant for use in and around the house. I want to like it, I really do as I’m a fan of Alessi. But I can’t. I It just looks a bit off. And what the hell is that ugly antenna doing there?! What do you think?

The Cool Wall: Spartan V

The Spartan V reminds me of the Ariel Atom. A lightweight racing car that’s quicker than fast. The Spartan’s no slouch though with a top speed of 173 mph (277 kmh) and the 170 bhp Ducati engine blasts it from 0 to 60 in under three seconds.
It’s a limited edition (300 will be produced) and does have a much higher price than the Atom, selling for around $85,000. Still, I think it’s better looking than the Atom and unbelievably cool. What’s your take?
